Logitech is the latest company to release a bad update leaving some mice unusable via the G Hub software. The bug which I myself have experienced on my G502 Lightspeed, forces the mice into a permanent 400 DPI state which is unusable for gaming as well as many other things. The only fix is to disable the G Hub software by putting the mice into On-Board mode & copying your custom profiles over to the mice itself. So far the issue has not been resolved.

UPDATE 10-23-19:
Logitech's latest G Hub update on 10/18/2019 seems to have quietly fixed the issue. The website doesn't have the update nor it's release notes, but those with G Hub already installed should be receiving build 2019.10.27506 that will install force your mice back into software control mode where it will work as normal. The downside of the update is that it will erase G Hub's entire configuration. This means those that have custom profiles will have to backup those settings or remember them as you will have to reconfigure them after the update.
